Transferring your domain to Ausweb is fast and easy. To transfer your domain name to Ausweb, just follow the simple steps below.
1) Before you begin, check that the current contact details, including your current email address for your domain name are correct in the whois database. You can do this by following the link below. If you need to update these details, you will need to contact your current registrar prior to starting the transfer process.

2) Once you are sure all the contact details are correct, selecting the transfer button above will take you to our online ordering system were following the steps below will initiate your domain's transfer to Ausweb.
3) Select the transfer option, enter your domain into the field (excluding the www), then select the correct domain extension and click "Check Availability" to continue.
4) Check the box to confirm that you want to transfer the domain, select the registration period, and then click "Add To Cart" to continue
Once you have entered the appropriate details, select the order button to continue.
5) a) If you wish to add hosting to your order, you can do this by selecting the "No Hosting, Click to Add" located beside the domain name.
b) Enter the EPP Code/Authcode into the field. All domain transfers require this code and a transfer cannot be initiated without it.

otherwise for all other domains you need to contact your current domain registrar.
c) Enter the nameservers currently being used by your domain and then click "Click To Continue".
6) Confirm the details of your order are correct on this page.
7) a) If you are an existing AUSWEB customer, select "Click here to login" so you can enter your client billing area login details to login to your account.
b) If you are a new customer, enter your contact information here which will be used to create your new AUSWEB account.
8) Select your desired payment method, enter enter the appropriate details, and then click "Complete Order" to finalise your order and initiate the transfer.
